Assistant Vice President - Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities:
Modern Retail Business Development:
- Lead and expand the Modern Retail channel for Forever 52 India by identifying and developing new business opportunities across key markets.
Store Expansion (EBO & SIS):
- Drive the opening of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) stores by conducting detailed demographic studies, competition analysis, and aligning with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Sales & Operations Management:
- Oversee business development, sales performance, and day-to-day operations of EBO and SIS formats across India (including partners like Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, etc.).
Promotional Campaigns:
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for EBO and Modern Trade stores to enhance brand visibility and drive footfall and conversions.
Legal and Lease Management:
- Coordinate and review legal due diligence for Lease Agreements, LOIs, and Term of Trade (TOT) finalizations in collaboration with the legal team.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including PR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth business operations and alignment with brand objectives.
Partner and Mall Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, mall management, and key stakeholders to ensure brand visibility, synergy, and continuous business growth.
Inventory and Merchandising Management:
- Oversee inventory planning and SKU management for EBO and SIS stores, ensuring optimal stock levels and the right product mix as per regional demand and business potential.
Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
