Assistant Vice President/Manager - Business Transformation/Finance & Accounts - Six Sigma/Lean

What are we looking for? - Six Sigma, Lean Certified

- RTR, PTP and OTC subject Matter Expert

- Should have completed a full fledge project and should be able to explain it clearly starting from Problem statement to the Final outcome

- Hands-on experience advising transformation solutions basis relevant domain metrics applicable in RTR/PTP/ OTC towers

- Should have worked or exposure to market leading third party solutions like (Trade Shift/ Basware/ Ariba etc) or in OTC (High Radius/ Rimilia) etc

- Good to have an SAP ERP experience

Roles and Responsibilities :

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

- Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

- The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

- Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within client

- The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

- Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
