He will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that align with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in undertaking initiatives for the front-line staff, facilitation, and working hands- on with a passion for creating a learning culture. Develop and implement a strategic training and development plan that aligns with organizational objectives. 2. Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. 3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. 4. Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness. 5. Utilize innovative training methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience. 6. Assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and overall business outcomes. 7. Manage the training budget and resources efficiently. 8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development. 9.
