Lead end-to-end development of training programs-from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation for a fast growing technology driven organization in the private credit and financial markets space.

Description:
Learning Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement L&D strategies aligned with business goals and talent priorities.
- Lead end-to-end development of training programs-from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
Content Design & Facilitation:
- Create engaging, impactful learning content using modern instructional design principles.
- Facilitate high-energy workshops, leadership development sessions, and functional trainings across levels.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted learning interventions.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams on learning priorities and outcomes.
Innovation & Engagement:
- Introduce innovative learning formats (e.g., gamification, microlearning, blended learning).
- Continuously evolve training methods to maximize learner engagement and retention.
Measurement & Impact:
- Define success metrics and track ROI of learning initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine programs and demonstrate business impact.
Profile:
- 9-15 years of progressive experience in L&D, preferably within large or matrixed organizations.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and facilitation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Exceptional communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools (LMS, authoring tools, etc.).
