About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager (Mid-Market) to manage and grow our key client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retention, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of your assigned accounts. You will also play a crucial part in aligning stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Client Management & Retention:
- Manage and retain existing customers by nurturing strong relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Strategic Value Creation:
- Create measurable value for clients by setting clear priorities, aligning internal and external stakeholders, driving engagement, and conducting regular business reviews as per agreed timelines.
Executive Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership, highlighting account performance, risks, and opportunities.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify and execute new initiatives with key stakeholders to drive account growth through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Team Engagement:
- Provide meaningful feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities to internal teams to ensure high performance and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the insurance broking sector (mandatory), preferably within the Health & Benefits (H&B) domain.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio with significant annual revenue.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and consistently delivering client value.
- Experience selling to CHROs, HR teams, CFOs, or Finance teams is a strong plus.
