Description:
- Manage full sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure, and long-term account growth.
GTM & Strategy:
- Identify high-value AI/ML-driven use cases within the customer ecosystem (e.g., personalization, automation, dynamic pricing, asset optimization, customer experience, operational efficiency).
Solutioning & Collaboration:
- Lead solution workshops, proposals, and client presentations.
CXO Engagement & Partnerships:
- Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and strategic partner discussions.
Experience & Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of one or more relevant domains:
- Transport / Mobility / Fleet / Logistics
- Travel / Aviation / OTA / GDS
- Hospitality / TravelTech
- SaaS / AI / Digital transformation
- Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals and achieving high sales quotas.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, data, cloud, IoT, and digital transformation concepts.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solution opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in enterprise negotiations.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Able to operate across global markets, partner ecosystems, and multi-stakeholder environments.
Personality & Working Style:
- Proven hunter mindset with strong networking capability.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on business needs.
Preferred Background:
- Existing network within relevant industries (Transport, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, etc.).
Ideally we are looking someone who is in SALES /Business Development / Hunter / New Logo acquisition AND should sells SOLUTIONS.
Must be doing IT sales (solutions most preferred, can sometimes look at product sales, but will not prefer packages (SAP or Microsoft. etc) sales, this role can also be designated as client partner.
