Description:


Enterprise Sales / Business Development (AI-Led Industry Solutions)

Experience:


7 - 15 years overall; minimum 3+ years in enterprise sales/BD roles within any industry domain (Transport, Mobility, Travel, Aviation, Hospitality, Logistics, TravelTech, Fleet, SaaS, AI Solutions).

Role Objective:


Drive AI-led digital transformation, revenue growth, and strategic business expansion across assigned industry verticals by building strong executive relationships, shaping GTM strategy, and delivering scalable AI-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs / KPIs):

Revenue & Pipeline


- Build and close a multi-million-dollar enterprise sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.


- Manage full sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure, and long-term account growth.

GTM & Strategy:


- Design and execute industry-specific GTM strategies aligned with organizational priorities.


- Identify high-value AI/ML-driven use cases within the customer ecosystem (e.g., personalization, automation, dynamic pricing, asset optimization, customer experience, operational efficiency).

Solutioning & Collaboration:


- Co-create AI-native solutions with product & engineering teams addressing industry needs such as: Asset utilization, fleet mobility, passenger/guest experience, safety, energy optimization, dynamic pricing, sentiment analysis, automation, etc.


- Lead solution workshops, proposals, and client presentations.

CXO Engagement & Partnerships:


- Build and nurture C-level and senior leadership relationships across enterprise and public-sector organizations.


- Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and strategic partner discussions.

Experience & Domain Knowledge:


- Minimum 3 years in enterprise sales/BD roles (hunter profile preferred).


- Strong understanding of one or more relevant domains:


- Transport / Mobility / Fleet / Logistics


- Travel / Aviation / OTA / GDS


- Hospitality / TravelTech


- SaaS / AI / Digital transformation


- Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals and achieving high sales quotas.

Technical & Functional Skills:
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, data, cloud, IoT, and digital transformation concepts.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solution opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in enterprise negotiations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management


- Excellent CXO-level communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.


- Able to operate across global markets, partner ecosystems, and multi-stakeholder environments.

Personality & Working Style:


- Target-driven, resourceful, and highly adaptable.


- Proven hunter mindset with strong networking capability.


- Willingness to travel or relocate based on business needs.

Preferred Background:


- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, AI/ML-driven solutions, digital transformation, consulting, or platform-based solution selling.


- Existing network within relevant industries (Transport, Travel, Hospitality, Logistics, etc.).

Ideally we are looking someone who is in SALES /Business Development / Hunter / New Logo acquisition AND should sells SOLUTIONS.

Must be doing IT sales (solutions most preferred, can sometimes look at product sales, but will not prefer packages (SAP or Microsoft. etc) sales, this role can also be designated as client partner.
