Job Role:

- Planning directing IT infrastructure applications platforms such asemail platform, Proxy, ITSM platform and other allied applications

- Manage email platform and ensure uptime, performance

- Manage email platform related security (DNS, SFP, DKIM), Mail ATP/Advance mail protection with help of vendor

- Mail server policy design and management

- DLP policy management and integration

- Day to day user creation /deletion as per user life cycle management

- Platform migrations if needed

Key Responsibilties:

- Daily monitoring, reporting and corrective actions

- Proxy solution design and management for high availability, BCP, performance

- Proxy policies and governance

- Day to day capacity monitoring

- AV, EDR solution implementation, managing AV compliance

- Design and implement ISM tool such as Manage engine for IT infra and application service desk. Enable required workflows, reports.

- Manage uptime, updates for these platform

Mandatory skills:

Qualification /experience:

- MCA, Engineering or equivalent degree

- Preferred certifications MCSA , ITIL

- Experience 15+ years

Skillset required: Hands-on experience in mailing platforms
