Assistant Vice President - Investor Relations & Strategy - IT/Online

FyneHand has been mandated to hire for AVP - Investor Relations & Strategy for Bangalore location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support IPO readiness through industry research, valuation benchmarking, and DRHP inputs

- Build investor pitch decks and manage investor communications

- Lead financial modeling and due diligence for strategic decisions and acquisitions

- Post-listing: Own quarterly earnings releases, analyst interactions, and SEBI-compliant disclosures

Requirements:

- 4-7 years in equity research, investor relations, or strategy roles

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

- Experience in listed entities preferred

- CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA
