
Job Title: Senior Investment Associate - Deal Advisory

Role Overview:
- The Senior Investment Associate will play a core execution role across investment and deal advisory mandates.
- The role offers direct exposure to promoters, HNIs, CXOs, and founders, with responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle-from deal sourcing support to execution, valuation, diligence, structuring, and closing.
- The role is suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and are comfortable working on multiple live transactions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute end-to-end deal processes including sourcing support, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
- Build and review detailed financial models (operating models, valuation models, scenario and sensitivity analyses) to support investment and advisory decisions.
- Evaluate investment and transaction opportunities across consumer, technology, and new-age business sectors.
- Prepare high-quality pitch decks, investment memoranda, transaction notes, and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes with external advisors.
- Assist in negotiation of key commercial terms and transaction structures alongside senior team members.
- Conduct sector, company, and market research to support deal theses and client discussions.
- Work closely with partners to manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and transaction execution.
Candidate Profile:
- Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or MBA from a leading business school.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, family office, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel-based analysis.
- Solid understanding of new-age consumer and technology-driven business models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create client-ready presentations.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and sound business judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and deadline-driven environment.
