Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking - NBFC

About the role:

Our client, a NBFC, is looking for a person mainly handling the sell side for the Assistant Vice President Investment Bank role. The job entails leading deal execution, managing client relationships, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Execution: (80%)

- Lead the execution of complex M&A, equity transactions.

- Develop and implement deal strategies, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and other analytical tasks to support transaction execution.

Deal Origination: (20%)

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and potential clients.

- Develop and pitch investment banking services to clients and prospects.

- Collaborate with other teams to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
