Background: Investment Banking experience with strong Infra / Real Estate exposure

About the Role:

The BIG4 Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team advises clients across Real Estate and Core Infrastructure sectors, including Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Power, Roads, Circular Economy, and Storage. The role involves end-to-end deal execution, financial modelling, investor outreach, and active participation in client interactions. The position is execution-heavy and requires managing multiple mandates independently under senior oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage transaction execution for M&A and fundraising mandates

- Prepare high-quality deliverables: Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial Models, Investor Queries

- Build and own complex valuation models (DCF, trading/transaction comps, replacement cost, etc.)

- Support business development: prepare pitches/proposals and assist in developing deal pipeline

- Conduct detailed industry and market research: market sizing, competition mapping, investor identification

- Coordinate and manage financial, legal, technical due diligence

- Prepare and manage investor longlists/shortlists and lead investor outreach

- Participate in negotiation discussions on term sheets, documentation, and deal closure

- Manage multiple mandates concurrently under tight timelines

- Prepare engagement letters and support internal processes including approvals and invoicing

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance

- Strong exposure to Real Estate / Infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Energy Transition, Roads, Circular Economy, Storage, etc.)

- Proven ability to build and own financial models and conduct valuations independently

- Strong understanding of M&A execution, investor outreach, and transaction lifecycle

- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Strong analytical ability, client-handling skills, and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with high-quality output
