Assistant Vice President - Investment Banking

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end-to-end deal execution for multiple transactions including fundraising & M&A (buy side and sell side)

2. Drive end-to-end deal processes including Investment theses, pitch decks, Financial models, Transaction structuring etc.

3. Act as a trusted advisor to founders and CXOs, providing guidance on valuation, positioning and investor targeting

4. Leverage and expand relationships with VCs, PE, Family offices to drive deal closures

5. Support senior leadership in originating mandates

Skills and qualifications:

1. 5-7 years in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance (front-end roles only)

2. Proven track record in executing deals in Fundraising and M&A

3. Prior experience in boutique investment bank is preferred

4. Sector coverage of Consumer, Health, Financial services, Technology is a plus

5. Excellent communication and storytelling ability

6. Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
