Assistant Vice President - Internal & External Communications

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Corporate Communications (not marketing or digital-focused).

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in a core corporate communications role, with tangible results in internal and external communications initiatives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and the ability to manage high-level communications effectively.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: A history of working with multiple and diverse teams, both internally across departments and externally with agencies, partners, and vendors.

- Stakeholder Liaison: Strong capability in liaising with senior stakeholders across various functions and organizations, maintaining professionalism and strategic alignment.

- Engagement Conceptualization & Execution: Ability to conceptualize and execute engagement activities, both offline and online, including town halls, leadership communications, employee engagement programs, etc.

- Matrixed Environment: Experience in working within matrix team structures, navigating complexities, and driving alignment across different business units or geographies
