Role Overview:

Seeking a P&C Insurance SME to lead transition, solutioning, and growth of broker support operations for the US market. This role blends transition leadership, product thinking, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end transition of P&C insurance operations (broker support)

- Drive solutioning, GTM inputs, and new business support (RFPs/proposals)

- Manage client relationships & stakeholder communication

- Ensure SLA delivery, quality, and operational excellence

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and new solutions

- Mentor teams and drive performance (Quality, TAT, Productivity)

Core Requirements:

- 12-15 years in US P&C Insurance operations

- Strong experience across pre-placement, placement & post-placement

- Exposure to broker support / transition / solutioning roles

- Strong analytical, problem-solving & executive communication skills

- Experience engaging with senior US stakeholders
