
Role Overview:
As the AVP, IAM Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including security architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of IAM initiatives. You will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' security posture, streamlining access management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful IAM program delivery for our clients.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including security architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to execute IAM program activities effectively.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating them appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on program objectives.
- Monitor and report on program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, to protect sensitive data and maintain a strong security posture for our clients.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IAM processes, technologies, and capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving business needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution, to ensure the delivery of high-quality IAM solutions and services.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT programs, particularly in the area of Identity and Access Management.
- Proven expertise in information security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, access governance, and privileged access management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve program risks and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
