Overview:.

- Seeking a dynamic HR Technology Leader to drive digital transformation, automation, and innovation across HR operations.

- The role focuses on leveraging platforms like Workday and ServiceNow to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and enable future-ready HR ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap across global operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Design and implement scalable HR solutions using Workday, ServiceNow, and automation tools.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives integrating AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions for improved efficiency and experience.

- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solution design and implementation.

- Champion process excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.

- Manage a small team, fostering collaboration and performance in a global, matrixed setup.

Qualifications:.

- Degree with proven expertise in Workday and ServiceNow ecosystems.

- Strong experience in HR solution design, automation, and transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex global projects.

- Deep understanding of digital HR trends, AI, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Background:

Experience with consulting or transformation-driven organizations such as Deloitte, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, or Workday Partners (e. , Mercer).
