Assistant Vice President - HR Solutioning & Implementation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic HR Consulting professional responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end HR transformation and outsourcing solutions. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role that requires strong solutioning capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to engage effectively with senior global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver HR outsourcing and transformation solutions leveraging digital, AI, and automation.

- Lead RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.

- Develop client-specific operating models and scalable HR frameworks.

- Engage with and influence C-suite stakeholders; confidently defend proposed solutions.

- Collaborate with Transition, Transformation, and Digital teams.

- Recommend and implement HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, AI tools).

Key Skills:

- Strong expertise in HR consulting and solutioning.

- Proven experience in RFP and proposal development.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.

- Ability to manage multiple high-impact engagements simultaneously.

- Good understanding of HR technology and digital transformation trends.

- Self-driven with a strong Individual Contributor mindset.

Ideal Profile:

- 12-27 years of experience in HR consulting and transformation.

- Demonstrated success in solution design and client-facing roles.

- Exposure to global HR operating models and outsourcing frameworks.

- Flexible to work in UK shift and engage with global clients.
