Role Overview:

Strategic HR Consulting professional responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end HR transformation and outsourcing solutions. This is a hands-on IC role requiring strong solutioning capability, executive presence, and the ability to engage with senior global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design HR outsourcing & transformation solutions leveraging digital, AI, and automation.

- Lead RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.

- Build client-specific operating models and scalable HR frameworks.

- Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders; defend solutions confidently.

- Collaborate with Transition, Transformation, and Digital teams.

- Recommend HR tech solutions (Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, AI tools).

Key Skills:

- HR Consulting & Solutioning expertise.

- Strong RFP & proposal development experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management & executive presence.

- Ability to manage multiple high-impact engagements.

- Knowledge of HR tech and digital transformation trends.

- Self-driven, independent IC mindset.

Ideal Profile:

- 12-15 years experience in HR consulting/transformation.

- Proven track record in solution design & client-facing roles.

- Exposure to global HR operating models & outsourcing frameworks.

- Flexible for UK shift / global client engagement.
