This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive the entire HR Outsourcing function, overseeing key areas like payroll, garnishment, tax processing, data management, and a large-scale call center. You'll be the architect of operational excellence, responsible for leading and developing a large team while ensuring our HRO services align with the client's strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 500+ HRO professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. - Operational Excellence: Analyze and enhance existing HRO and payroll processes to boost efficiency and accuracy. - Workforce Management: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies, ensuring optimal staffing and skill levels to meet changing demands. - Budget & Finance: Develop and manage the departmental budget, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-control measures. - Data-Driven Decisions: Establish KPIs and use data analytics to track performance, providing strategic insights to senior management. - Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture, improve retention, and gather employee feedback for continuous improvement.
