HR Business Partnering (North/Central) - BFSI - NBFC North/Central
- Managing HR process orientation with a deep understanding of HR operations in high-volume, distributed workforce environments.
- overseeing employee engagement, performance management, talent management, manpower planning, processes with organisational policies to support business needs.
- Proven execution excellence and management of large-scale implementations across multiple locations.
- Hiring needs analysis, employee hiring forecasting, manpower planning and budgeting.
- Managing and overseeing talent acquisition processes and strategies.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and teams across locations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in NBFC/BFSI/financial services sectors.
- Openness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Mass recruitment experience is a must.
