
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of a HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead. This dual-role position will support business units with proactive HR guidance while driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
- Collaborate on compensation reviews, promotions, and retention strategies
- Analyze HR metrics to influence data-driven decisions
Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruitment across tech and non-tech roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS and modern tools (LinkedIn, SeekOut, etc.)
- Build employer branding campaigns to attract high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
- Drive diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and optimize processes
