Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior business stakeholders on all people-related decisions
- Drive workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational design initiatives
- Lead performance management, capability building, engagement, and culture programs
- Influence change & transformation across a complex, global matrix organization
- Partner on leadership development, succession planning & talent movement strategies
- Provide governance around employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Anchor HR analytics, dashboards & decision-support systems for business insights
- Champion diversity, inclusion & values-based leadership across teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in large MNCs
- Strong knowledge of talent strategy, change management & leadership hiring
- Ability to translate business goals into people strategy with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence & influencing skills
- Prior experience in Insurance / BFSI / Financial Services preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic & high-impact environments
