Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support growth, transformation, and business objectives.
- Drive key talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning, in alignment with business needs.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to identify people risks, trends, and opportunities, enabling strategic decision-making and proactive interventions.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to execute firm-wide initiatives across learning & development, total rewards, and employee engagement.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of core HR areas, including organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Comfort using HR systems and analytics tools to support workforce planning, decision-making, and reporting.
