Purpose Partner with key business stakeholders to drive people strategy with key focus on HR life cycle management, Capability Building and developing Performance Culture.
Responsibilities:
1. HR Partnership:
- Work with business stakeholders in driving Hire to Retire processes for a defined set of employee group.
- Execute the HR strategy in discussion with leadership team and in line with business needs, regulatory framework and job market environment to create HR as a competitive edge.
- Develop HR programs and initiatives that promotes living organizational values and build desired work culture to make it best place to work.
2. Organization Design:
- Spearhead & reshape organizational design framework to promote agility, synergy, and collaboration.
- Redefining Organization structure, span of control, working network, responsibility & accountability to keep the organization agile
3. Performance Management Systems:
- Drive Annual Goal Setting and Performance Management process to deepen a Meritocratic Culture in the organization.
- Coach line managers on effective PMS / Feedback processes.
- Frame & communicate Annual Corporate & Department KPIs and devise system to monitor them on quarterly basis.
- Develop a method to identify top and bottom performers to appropriately recognize and reward them. Drive PIP, Performance Coaching.
4. Capability Building:
- Develop capability among workforce in AI / ML, Robotics etc towards up-skilling and re-skilling to meet changing operational landscape.
- Leadership Capability development to build next gen leaders who can steer the company towards the future.
5. Operational Efficiency:
- Drive productivity / efficiency by optimizing manpower costs, tracking metrics and identifying redundancies.
- Work on systematically improving / optimizing HR processes to drive efficient policy deployment.
Qualifications and Experience
1. MBA or MA/MS in Human resources or related field from reputed institute.
2. Candidate should possess 10-12 years of experience in all areas of Human Resource function as HRBP with special focus on Talent, Capability, Culture.
- Knowledge and Skills - Deep understanding and experience of HR processes implementation that is employee centric and business focussed.
- Strategic thinker to work with senior management.
- Excellent communication skills to influence employees & stakeholders at all levels.
- Technological savvy to drive efficiencies and to engage the workforce through innovations in technology solutions, more so related to HRMS.
- Vigilant on latest happenings
- related to Industrial relations
- Adaptability with business challenges - Present & Future
