AVP (Head) - Key Accounts (Institutional Sales/HoReCa). Looking for Young and Stable candidates with relevant experience.
Max experience : 7 to 10 years
- Stability & career progression are most important.
- HQ : Bangalore (we are ok if the candidate is ready to relocate any HQ to Bangalore).
Age : Up to 35 years.

EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify sales opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Set sales targets, formulate sales budgets, and establish sales forecasts for each region.
2. Team Management and Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales representatives and sales managers.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team to maximize their potential and drive performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve sales targets.
3. Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and drive brand visibility in the market.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of trade to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
4. Sales Operations and Analytics:
- Implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and generate comprehensive reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasts, track market trends, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies accordingly.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, provide market insights, and contribute to product development and pricing strategies.
