Assistant Vice President/Head - Brownfield Project - Real Estate

Location: Gurugram.

Qualification: BE civil from reputed college and preferred post-graduation in project management.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of solid construction field working experience in managing large projects with reputed real estate developers/ contracting companies. Experience of upgradation works of commercial buildings is added advantage. Experience of large scale High end Fit out works.

Job description:

- A project manager is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and successful completion of project.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation. Conducting regular meetings/ Discussion with the teams and the management to understand the priorities and planning the work accordingly.

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and management reporting.

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Updating the management if there are gaps in the implementation.

- Scheduling design reviews at all gateways and control points.

- Organizing and managing technical review team resources and input.

- Managing the safety, quality, and conformance of all overall scope on the construction project.

- Management and coordination with team and contractor for project progress, statutory & regulatory compliances, closeout, transfer to operation team/ clients.

Required Skills:

- Experience of project management & Review for Design, Architecture & retrofitting

- Completion of Commercial projects

- Understanding of project management software or the ability to learn them with time.

- Technical qualification in Project Management.

- Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate the team/ positive attitude.
