Assistant Vice President - Governance Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest data from various banking systems into analytics platforms.

- Build and optimize data models for reporting, analytics, and machine learning use cases.

- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to answer complex business questions, across Risk, Credit and Liabilities domain, delivering actionable insights for decision-making

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.

- Implement data governance and compliance standards.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and infrastructure performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 4 years+ of experience.

- Min 2 years Experience in the Banking or Financial services domain

- Working knowledge of front end or analytics platforms like Tableau, Power BI, SAS

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools.

- Experience with RDBMS, SQL, Postgres

- Familiarity with cloud data services (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) could be helpful

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming technologies would be helpful
