Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end systems testing between primary source systems and Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) applications, including HotScan, Actimize, SAS AML, and similar platforms.

- Plan, scope, execute, and document system testing activities to validate the completeness and accuracy of customer and transaction data.

- Analyze data flows and validate end-to-end integration between source systems, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring platforms.

- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for FCC systems.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and control testing to identify gaps and mitigate financial crime risks.

- Execute issue validation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.

- Monitor regulatory updates, payment infrastructure changes, and system enhancements that require additional testing.

- Prepare comprehensive testing reports, findings, recommendations, and supporting documentation for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve defects and improve system controls.

- Drive discussions with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC).

Strong expertise in:

1. AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

2. Sanctions Screening

3. Transaction Monitoring

4. KYC

Hands-on experience with FCC platforms such as:

1. Actimize

2. HotScan

3. SAS AML

4. FIS Prime (or similar)

Strong understanding of:

1. Data Mapping

2. Data Lineage

3. End-to-End Data Flows

4. Complex System Architectures

Advanced experience with:

1. SQL

2. SAS

3. Python (preferred)

4. Alteryx (preferred)

Experience in:

1. Test Planning

2. Test Case Development

3. Test Execution

4. Defect Management

5. Test Evidence Validation

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Relevant certifications in AML, Financial Crime Compliance, or Testing are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in global banking or financial institutions.

- Knowledge of payment systems, SWIFT messaging, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools.

- Exposure to automation testing in FCC environments is a plus.
