Key Responsibilities:
Global Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute global business development strategies to achieve revenue and market-share goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities across regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas, etc.).
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and feasibility studies for global expansion.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Build and nurture high-value strategic partnerships with global enterprises, distributors, technology partners, and industry networks.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and partnership agreements to maximize long-term value.
- Represent the organization at international conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
- Lead global sales initiatives to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Strengthen the sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and converting leads through consultative selling.
- Work closely with global sales teams to review pipeline status, forecasting, and deal closures.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling activities across key accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support solution design, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Provide market insights to guide product enhancements, service improvements, and innovation roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment of global strategies with regional operational capabilities.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and guide regional business development teams to drive consistent global growth.
- Promote a performance-driven culture with strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of international markets and global business ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate high-value deals.
