Assistant Vice President - Generative AI

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Delhi.

CTC: upto 55 LPA Fix.

Location: PAN India | Permanent | Leadership Role.

- We're looking for a Systems Architect (AVP level) with deep expertise in designing and scaling Generative AI solutions to production.

- This is a cross-functional role, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and product leaders to shape enterprise-grade GenAI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and scale LLM-based systems (chatbots, copilots, RAG, multi-modal AI).

- Architect data pipelines, training/inference workflows & MLOps integration.

- Ensure modular, secure, scalable, and cost-effective systems.

- Work on model orchestration, agentic AI, vector DBs & CI/CD for AI.

What We're Looking For:

- 12-15 yrs experience in cloud-native & distributed systems.

- 2-3 yrs in GenAI/LLMs with tools like LangChain, HuggingFace, Kubeflow.

- Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).

- Experience with RAG, semantic search, agent orchestration, MLOps.

- Strong architectural thinking + stakeholder communication.

- Preferred: Cloud certs | AI open-source contributions | Security & governance knowledge.
