Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact marketing leader to drive strategy and growth for the Healthcare (OTC) portfolio.

This role offers an opportunity to move beyond brand management into category leadership, with significant influence on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end marketing strategy for OTC / healthcare brands

- Lead category growth, innovation pipeline, and brand building initiatives

- Strengthen digital and D2C marketing capabilities

- Manage P&L-linked decisions and optimize marketing investments

- Leverage consumer insights and analytics for business growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, supply chain)

- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare / Personal Care

- Strong background in brand marketing (10+ years in FMCG)

- Recent exposure to digital / D2C marketing

- Experience in OTC / healthcare / wellness categories is preferred

- Candidates from leading FMCG / consumer healthcare organizations will be highly relevant

- Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive business impact
