Assistant Vice President/General Manager - Finance - Digital Banking Infrastructure Startup - CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.

- Lead and develop the internal finance team.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

- Present financial reports and insights to the CEO and board of directors.

Requirement:

- Be a qualified CA, experience preferably from B2B growth start-up

- Experience with financial management software systems

- Fund Raise/Due Diligence Exposure

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Straddle multiple projects simultaneously
