Investment & Asset Management

- End-to-End FoF Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of Fund of Funds (FoF) transactions - from initial screening and due diligence to term negotiation, documentation, and deal closure.

- Downstream Fund Selection: Draft RFPs, evaluate bids, and conduct rigorous due diligence on potential downstream funds alongside external vendors and the SVL team.

- Portfolio & Risk Strategy: Develop a balanced, diversified fund portfolio while establishing robust systems to monitor and mitigate downstream investment risks.

- Platform Operations: Spearhead the launch of new FoFs, ensuring compliance with investment policies, and oversee all asset investment and disposition activities.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the SVL team to evaluate downstream investments, finalize definitive agreements, and execute strategic initiatives directed by the CIO.
