Assistant Vice President - Fund Raising - CA/CFA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Vice President Fundraising (Equity Side).

The candidate will be responsible for raising capital for Private Equity, Pre-IPO, and Investment opportunities by engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs, family offices, corporate investors, and strategic investment partners.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in equity fundraising, investor relations, private market investments, and financial product sales, along with the ability to build long-term investor relationships and drive fundraising growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and onboard HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, and institutional investors for fundraising opportunities.

- Drive fundraising activities for Private Equity, Pre-IPO, and other investment products.

- Present and explain investment opportunities, deal structures, financial performance, and market outlook to prospective investors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, wealth managers, intermediaries, and financial advisors.

- Coordinate with investment, legal, and research teams for investor communication and transaction execution.

- Track market trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities within the private markets space.

- Ensure all fundraising activities comply with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.

Key Skills:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Equivalent qualification preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, private equity sales, investment products, wealth management, or capital markets.

- Strong understanding of Private Equity, Pre-IPO investments, structured products, and alternative investments.

- Proven experience in investor acquisition and relationship management.

- Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and investment intermediaries will be preferred.
