Budget - Upto 25 Lakhs per annum + Performance Bonus

The role is responsible for delivering in-depth fixed income research, identifying investment opportunities across debt instruments, and supporting relationship managers and clients with tailored fixed income strategies.

- Conduct detailed research and analysis across fixed income instruments including government securities, corporate bonds, structured products, and money market instruments

- Track interest rate movements, macroeconomic indicators, credit spreads, and monetary policy developments.

- Support Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and clients with fixed income insights, product presentations, and advisory input.

- Prepare market commentaries, strategy notes, and product updates for internal and external stakeholders

- Recommend investment ideas and portfolio strategies aligned with client risk profiles and market views.

- Liaise with research providers, dealers, and issuers to stay current on offerings and market developments

- Comply with regulations and internal policies and procedures to ensure that the firm achieves the desired assurance, audit and regulatory review and rating.

- Contribute to systematization and platform strengthening to achieve scale and sustainability

- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Manage financial, regulatory and reputational risk for the firm and its clients prudently.

- Foster teamwork and collaboration at all levels of the organization.

- Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful outcomes.

- Spend time on knowledge enhancing initiatives and secure mandatory certifications and licenses, wherever applicable; adhere to the personal development plan.

Education - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred

Experience - 5-7 years of relevant experience in fixed income research, credit analysis and counter-party negotiations

Technical Skills


- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, yield curve dynamics, credit ratings, and risk assessment

- Exposure to regulatory aspects like SEBI/PMS/AMFI norms

- Experience in wealth management, asset management, or treasury roles

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction and research dissemination

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
