Job Description:

- Review entity-level Trial Balance and Balance Sheet schedules.

- Oversee Loan Accounting schedules and ageing; ensure timely closure of open items.

- Assist in Income Analysis and prepare product profitability reports for secured and unsecured products.

- Manage Statutory and Internal audits for the loan accounting process.

- Review accounting processes related to Assignment and Securitization deals.

- Conduct detailed monthly GL balance reviews, raise and resolve issues, and maintain an issue tracker.

- Define accounting entries in the Loan Management System (LMS) for new products.

- Verify product maintenance by operations for accuracy.

- Manage GL maintenance, validate income computation, and perform sample checks to ensure no revenue leakages.

- Validate manual and rectification entries in LMS.

- Work with Oracle Fusion modules (GL, FA, AR, AP, Workflow, Procurement, Vendor/Employee modules).

- Support Management and Regulatory financial reporting, including Notes to Accounts.

- Track controls across the product life cycle and recommend process/system enhancements.

- Lead monthly cross-functional meetings with Tech and Ops teams to track and close issues permanently.

Qualification:

- Strong understanding of NBFC loan accounting processes and regulatory reporting.

- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion modules.

- Proven ability to drive issue resolution, cross-team collaboration, and process improvements.
