Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AVP Finance Operations - O2C, AR, AP to lead and optimize our finance operations, focusing on Order to Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and technology, to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to maintain strong financial controls, improve cash flow, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the O2C, AR, and AP teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize O2C processes, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving cash flow for the organization.

- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

- Drive process automation initiatives to streamline finance operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual errors for all stakeholders.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management on the performance of finance operations, highlighting areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, safeguarding the company's assets.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow and reduce costs for the company.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure the accuracy of financial data for all reporting purposes.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end O2C, AR, and AP processes, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls, with the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other financial software, with a strong understanding of process automation tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance operations, with a focus on O2C, AR, and AP.
