Role Overview

The Senior Manager/ AVP Finance will be a strategic business partner responsible for leading the financial management, planning, and governance functions of the organization. This role involves overseeing financial operations, developing long-term strategies for capital efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance (RBI/NBFC guidelines), and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of analytical rigor, financial acumen, and leadership experience within the NBFC or fintech lending ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CFA

- 6-10 years experience in Finance, Treasury, or Strategy in NBFC/Fintech.

- Strong understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, ALM, and structured finance.

- Expertise in MIS, modeling, and cost optimization.

- Proven experience in implementing or managing accounting systems (Tally/Zoho/ERP).
