AVP Finance, Accounts & Taxation

Requirement:

- Looking for a seasoned finance leader to lead the Finance & Taxation function.

- The role requires strong expertise in financial, accounting, taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks while ensuring robust governance in line with RBI guidelines.

- The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to drive financial strategy, optimize taxation, and enable business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 13-20 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or financial services.

- Strong expertise in NBFC accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven track record of handling RBI inspections, tax, and large-scale audits.

- Excellent stakeholder, larg team management, and leadership skills with the ability to work with CFOs, boards, and regulators.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation standards.
