Assistant Vice President - Finance

AVP Finance

CA with 8+ years PQE, preferably from Real Estate, Hospitality, or VC-backed startups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting

- Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and debt structuring

- Drive fundraising, due diligence, investor reporting, board decks, and data rooms

- Ensure compliance with ROC, RBI, FEMA, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements

- Oversee vendor payments, cost controls, working capital, and financial governance

- Support business expansion, capex planning, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making

Required Experience:

- Strong experience in fundraising (equity/debt), investor relations, and financial modeling

- Exposure to venture fundraising and due diligence processes

- Experience working with founders/CXOs in a fast-growth environment

- Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and accounting/ERP systems

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, student housing, or venture-backed startups.
