Role: Assistant Vice President - Fashion & Retail Digital Transformation.

We are looking for a senior leader to drive digital, data, cloud, and AI-led transformation for global fashion, apparel, and lifestyle brands.

This role blends consulting leadership with hands-on technology transformation, focused on building scalable, industry-specific solutions across merchandising, supply chain, digital commerce, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale transformation programs across Data, AI, Cloud, Digital Platforms for fashion and retail clients.

- Define and scale industry solutions and service offerings for the fashion & retail vertical.

- Partner with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver implementable solutions.

- Own senior client relationships, drive account growth, and support new business development.

- Translate fashion and retail challenges into technology-driven, measurable outcomes.

- Track industry trends (D2C, sustainability, omnichannel, digital merchandising) and embed them into solutions.

Required Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, data/AI, cloud, or platform engineering.

- Strong experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.

- Exposure to retail or fashion domain (direct or via consulting engagements).

- Proven stakeholder management at CXO / senior leadership level.

- Experience building or scaling practices, CoEs, or solution portfolios.

Good to Have:

- Experience with retail tech (ERP, PLM, analytics platforms).

- Exposure to global / multi-market retail programs.

- Prior P&L, GTM, or practice-building responsibility.
