Hiring for AVP facility and operations Role for a leading industry in interior designing based out of Ahemdabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all facility operations across centers pan-India, ensuring consistent delivery of top-notch services across soft and hard service domains.
- Drive the upkeep, hygiene, and maintenance of all locationscovering housekeeping, MEP, HVAC, security, and overall facility health.
- Implement robust preventive and breakdown maintenance processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking across all facility functions.
- Plan and manage annual facility budgets, monthly projections, and cost control across all centers.
- Establish and enforce facility SOPs, audit checklists, and operational benchmarks for service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, statutory, environmental, and safety norms, including air quality, emergency systems, and fire safety.
- Support and drive ISO certification journeycurrently covering several centerswith a goal of 100% ISO-compliant operations.

Qualification required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Facility Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 15+ years of hands-on facility management experience, including at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience managing multi-location operations in managed offices, co-working, or commercial real estate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), vendor ecosystems, and service contracts.
- Strong grasp of safety standards, statutory regulations, environmental norms, and process-driven operations.
- Prior exposure to ISO certification processes is a strong advantage (not mandatory).
