Assistant Vice President - Disputes & Cards - BFSI

AVP - Disputes and Cards (Hiring for one of the Big Tech Giants) (15-26 yrs)

Role - Cards Dispute Management

Location - Chennai & Indore

Notice Period - Open till 90 days

Shifts - Rotational Shifts and Rotational offs including night shifts

Years of Experience - 15+ years of experience

To manage the client expectations, by proactively engaging in calls/discussions to understand the process requirement, planning out the work allocation plan, ensure timely completion and submission of tasks.

Typical Job Duties:

1. Senior Leadership Role with 15 - 25 years of Exp in BFSI Industry with relevant experience in Operations/Delivery/Consulting

2.Should be having the TL Exp, should be management 100 + team members.

3.Subject Matter Expert with extensive industry knowledge on Cards Domain

4.Ideally should have managed cards Disputes operations in a bank or BPO for 15 -25 years thus have a solid understanding of Disputes rules of schemes ( e.g. MasterCard , VISA etc.) along with experience in Acquirer (Merchant) On-boarding and Servicing activities

5.Delivers Thought Leadership

6.Strong people, Process, Client & Stakeholders management skills

7.Should be able to work independently and drive the team to achieve desired result.

8.Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

9.Ability to Re-define processes and proactively know / understand & manage stakeholders' expectation
