Assistant Vice President/Director - Life Sciences Analytics

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP Life Sciences Analytics to lead a high-impact engagement with a global biopharma client. This role will focus on driving commercial analytics initiatives, enabling AI-led transformation, and building strong client partnerships. The position requires leadership across global teams and the ability to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end analytics delivery for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients

- Drive commercial analytics initiatives, including forecasting, HCP segmentation, patient analytics, and market insights

- Spearhead AI/ML and GenAI-driven transformation programs to enhance business outcomes

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

- Manage and mentor global teams across India and the US, ensuring high performance and collaboration

- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable insights

- Ensure delivery excellence, scalability, and adherence to quality and governance standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and consulting

- Stay updated with industry trends in life sciences, analytics, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12 to 18 years of experience in Life Sciences / Pharma Analytics

- Strong expertise in commercial analytics, including forecasting, HCP segmentation, and patient analytics

- Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics and AI programs

- Experience working with US and global pharma markets

- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, and cloud platforms

- Demonstrated experience managing distributed/global teams

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with top pharmaceutical or consulting firms

- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in life sciences

- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and platforms
