AVP / Director/Lead Product Manager - AI First - (Logistics | Supply Chain Domain)

Location: Gurgaon (GGN) - Onsite 5 WFO

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead enterprise client-facing product initiatives in the logistics domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in customer-facing logistics solutions and a proven track record of managing complex products that drive measurable impact for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for logistics domain solutions, focusing on shipper/consignee experiences rather than carrier operations.

- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade client-facing products, including SLA's, dashboards, NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and tracking systems.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless product execution.

- Drive innovation in customer experience, ensuring products meet the highest standards of usability, reliability, and scalability.

- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.

- Mentor and guide product teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Evaluation Criteria:

Domain Expertise: Minimum 3 years in logistics, with strong exposure to customer-facing solutions (shipper/consignee side).

Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing enterprise client-facing products with complex SLA's and reporting mechanisms.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to align product vision with business goals and market trends.

Execution Excellence: Proven ability to deliver high-quality products in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in leading logistics-focused product roles at companies such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, Maersk, Shiprocket, DP World, Flexport, Cogoport, Nykaa Logistics, Myntra Logistics.

- Strong academic pedigree from IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, with excellent academic records and impactful early career roles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of product management experience in logistics or supply chain technology.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
