Job Title: AVP / Director - Digital Growth, Marketing & Product Strategy
Location: Bengaluru, India
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented leader to drive end-to-end digital business transformation, growth marketing, and product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in scaling 0-to-1 digital ventures, AI/ML-powered marketing, and product-led growth strategies while delivering measurable P&L impact. The role requires cross-functional leadership, including marketing, product, analytics, and operations, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth & Revenue Strategy:
- Lead end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Own P&L and drive revenue growth through product-led, data-driven, and AI-enabled strategies.
- Define GTM frameworks for new products, categories, and digital initiatives, optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
2. Product & Digital Transformation:
- Lead digital product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
- Build AI/ML-powered growth infrastructure, predictive analytics, and marketing personalization engines.
- Architect scalable compliance, fraud, and operational frameworks for digital platforms.
3. Marketing & Customer Experience:
- Drive integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and performance channels (SEO, SEM, programmatic, app & web, conversational marketing).
- Optimize customer lifecycle and funnel performance via AI-enabled personalization, predictive modeling, and automation.
- Establish performance marketing governance, analytics, and attribution frameworks for ROI optimization.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead and mentor teams across marketing, growth, product, analytics, and operations.
- Manage internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational strategy.
5. Innovation & AI/ML Enablement:
- Deploy AI/ML to improve CAC, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Implement generative AI and predictive modeling for content generation, personalization, and optimization.
- Identify emerging technologies and marketing trends to enhance digital growth and competitive advantage.
Key Qualifications:
- 12-15+ years of experience in digital growth, marketing, product strategy, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience in 0- 1 business launches, scaling digital platforms, and AI/ML-led growth.
- Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, GTM strategy, and digital analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships.
- Strong understanding of FinTech, Telecom, FMCG, or consumer platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large P&L and marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
Technical / Tool Proficiency:
- AI/ML Applications: Predictive Modeling, Churn Prediction, NLP/LLM Integration, Dynamic Risk Scoring, Personalization Engines.
- Analytics: SQL, Python (basic), Funnel Optimization, Marketing Mix Modeling, Attribution & A/B Testing.
- Marketing Platforms: Appsflyer, Branch, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, CDPs, Data Clean Rooms, MoEngage, CleverTap.
- Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, ASO, Social Media (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Programmatic, E-Commerce Marketing.
Success Metrics / KPIs:
- Revenue growth and contribution to P&L.
- CAC / LTV optimization and ROAS improvement.
- Growth of digital user base (app/web MAU, adoption of new products).
- Retention, repeat usage, and customer engagement metrics.
- Efficiency gains via AI/ML and marketing automation.
- Successful launch and scaling of new products or categories.
Ideal Profile:
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
- Proven ability to scale digital platforms, drive transformation, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management, including CXOs, product, operations, and marketing teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in 0- 1 ventures or startups is a plus.
