Description: A fast-growing internet startup in Gurgaon is looking for AVP Digital Marketing to lead all performance marketing initiatives and help scale the company 2x in the next 18 months.

Role Summary

Own end-to-end digital growth across paid media. Youll build and lead a high-performing team, set the growth strategy, manage multi-crore budgets, and deliver efficient, compounding revenue/lead growth with strong attribution and experimentation discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Annual/quarterly growth plan, budget allocations, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.

- Performance Marketing: Hands-on leadership across Google (Search/YouTube), Meta, Affiliates; incrementality tests, bid/budget automation, feed and keyword discipline.

- Analytics & Attribution: GA4, GTM, pixel governance, MMM/MTA where relevant, cohort/LTV analysis, CAC-LTV modeling, finance alignment on MER and payback.

- Creative Ops: Write sharp briefs, set messaging pillars and angle library per persona; enforce brand safety while optimizing for performance.

- MarTech & Data: Evaluate and implement tools across ads, feeds, CDP/CRM, consent, MMP; ensure compliance (privacy, platform policies).

- Leadership: Hire, coach, set OKRs, run weekly reviews, and manage agencies to outcomes.

Qualifications

- 1015 years in digital growth with 3+ years leading teams; owned multi-crore annual budgets.

- MBA or equivalent from a premier B-school

- Proven record improving CAC/ROAS/MER and scaling spend without losing efficiency.

- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and experimentation.

- Strong grasp of LTV/CAC, cohorts, payback, contribution margin, and forecasting.

- Experience in one or more of: D2C/e-commerce, subscriptions, or lead-gen across India/US markets.

- Data fluency (Excel/Sheets; SQL basics a plus); comfort with BI tools (Looker/Mixpanel/Power BI/Metabase).

- Excellent copy/creative instincts, landing-page direction, and stakeholder communication.
