We at FyneHand are mandated to onboard AVP Digital Marketing for a leading AMC.
Job Purpose:
Lead the companys digital marketing strategy with a primary focus on performance marketing, social media marketing, and website management. The role also requires a broad understanding of other marketing activities to ensure integrated, effective campaigns that achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize all performance marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising.
- Measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence and raise awareness.
- Design, build, and maintain the companys social media profiles and daily messaging.
- Create engaging written, graphic, and video content tailored for social platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Website Management:
- Oversee the design, content, and usability of the company website to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate and improve website performance and customer journeys.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Work closely with internal teams and group companies to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendor partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback to inform digital strategies.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Evaluate competitor digital marketing strategies and develop plans to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital marketing trends, providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
General Marketing Knowledge:
- Maintain an overall understanding of other marketing activities to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Support the execution of broader marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed.
