Assistant Vice President/Deputy Vice President - Working Capital - Corporate Banking

Designation: AVP/DVP Working Capital -Corporate Banking

Experience: 5+ years of work experience in working capital corporate banking

Job Role:

- Conduct detailed credit appraisal and underwriting for large-ticket proposals (minimum exposure of - 20 Cr per case).

- Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers through financial analysis, cash flow evaluation, and risk assessment.

- Structure and customize financial products aligned with client requirements while balancing risk profile, security, and repayment capacity.

- Prepare and present credit proposals to approving authorities with clear risk insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with the Business Team to support deal structuring and client engagement.

- Oversee end-to-end portfolio monitoring, ensuring asset quality and early identification of risks.

- Lead and manage a team of Credit Managers, ensuring quality underwriting and adherence to timelines.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines across all proposals.

- Coordinate with Credit Monitoring Team (CMT) for portfolio tracking, Early Warning Signals (EWS), compliance checks, and reporting.
