We are looking for sales people in Corporate Advisory Business.

In this business currently we manage over Rs. 50,000/- Crores worth of assets under advise.

We cater only to Corporate Treasuries where we advise them on their surplus cash investments. Majority of investments are in fixed income markets like Debt Mutual Funds, Bonds and FDs etc.

Our clients include marquee Indian Companies (Large Cap to Small Cap in Listed Space), Family Offices and India's prestigious Start Up Companies.

We do not wish to add Quantity since it's not retail business, we are looking only for Quality since book size and responsibilities are large.

Job Description: Corporate Treasury Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive corporate treasury sales by acquiring and managing relationships with corporate clients, guiding them as per their aligned treasury objectives.

Experience & Domain Expertise

- Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in managing corporate treasury relationships, with a track record of delivering investment solutions across fixed income instruments.

- Deep understanding of Indian capital markets, with a specialized focus on fixed income instruments, interest rate dynamics, and monetary policy trends.

- Exposure in managing treasuries of listed corporates, startups, and mid-market firms, with insights into their cash flow cycles, investment mandates, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate investment options, assess risk-return trade-offs, and construct treasury-aligned portfolios.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage treasury heads in strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Position the organisation as a trusted partner by delivering timely insights, customized solutions, and proactive portfolio support.

- Acquire new corporate treasury clients, including listed entities, startups, and mid-market firms with active cash management needs.

- For senior candidates with a proven track record, select existing relationships may be allocated for deepening engagement and wallet share.

- Build long-term strategic partnerships by understanding treasury mandates, liquidity cycles, and investment policies.

Treasury-Focused Investment Approach:

- Apply insights from THE ORGANISATION 's internal research and external market intelligence to structure investment solutions tailored to treasury requirements.

- Suggesting clients based on cash flow forecasts, optimizing short-term and long-term deployment across fixed income instruments.

- Conduct portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing strategies to enhance yield, manage duration risk, and align with interest rate outlook.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Coverage:

- Build intelligence to identify fundraising activity across the corporate landscape well in advance & approach them with our solution

- Provide clients with strategic views on capital markets, including macroeconomic trends, monetary policy, and credit developments.

- Maintain a sharp focus on fixed income markets, tracking interest rate movements, yield curve dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting treasury investments.

Portfolio Governance & Documentation:

- Maintain meticulous documentation of investment actions, client communications, and compliance records.

- Ensure adherence to internal governance protocols and regulatory standards in all client-facing activities.
